Which version do you like the best?

 Today marks the 34th anniversary 
of our return to the Ozarks, 
and would have been Dad's 88th birthday.

    I like the first one best because it seems to place more emphasis on the sunny patch of the field. It feels like you're just on the border of walking into a magical place.
    Happy Ozark Anniversary, and happy birthday to Grandpa Leo. I bet he has his own green and peaceful meadow in the sunshine.
